Welcome to MichiganVaccineChoice.org (the "site"). This site is operated by Michigan for Vaccine Choice (hereinafter "MVC") and the content on the site is either owned by MVC or its partners and third parties for whom MVC assumes no direct responsibility.

The information on this site is a compilation of information and materials about vaccines, vaccine injuries, and vaccine choice. The information provided is not intended to replace a one-on-one relationship with a qualified health care professional. We do not advocate for partial vaccination, delayed vaccination, or no vaccination; we simply advocate for vaccine choice and informed consent. The information provided is gathered from various reputable sources, and those sources are responsible for the accuracy of the content they provide. Sources included the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Institute of Health (NIH), and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). Whatever vaccine choice you make for you, your child, spouse or other dependents - either before or after visiting this site - is your sole responsibility, and done at your own risk or benefit.

MVC administers this site from the state of Michigan, in the United States of America, and is only intended for viewing in the United States. MVC makes no representation that the site is appropriate or available for use outside the United States. If you choose to access the site from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws. All membership pricing and/or donation amounts are is in U.S. dollars and the services and events described are offered in the U.S. only. MVC makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the pricing and product information contained on this site is correct. MVC reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, discontinue or permanently cancel this site's operation or portions thereof without any notice to you, including but not limited to product specifications or prices, at any time and from time to time without notice and without incurring any obligations. Your use of this site after any changes are posted will be considered acceptance of such changes.

Community Members (All)
You are automatically considered a MVC Community Member after you have done any of the following: attended or volunteered at a MVC event, donated materials from the website, contacted MVC through the website or through an email form, donated to MVC, taken action on an item in the MVC action center, joined or followed MVC on social media, or become a paying member.
MVC reserves the right to end a membership at any time, without explanation or cause. You also have the right to end your membership at any time. MVC offers no refunds on paid memberships.

Paid Community Members (Monthly and Annually Recurring)
All paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, but by signing up for an automatically renewing membership, you authorize MVC to charge your card on file at the renewal period. Please note that chargebacks on an uncanceled membership will be contested.

Unsubscribing from MVC Communications
You can unsubscribe from email communications at anytime by utilizing the unsubscribe link provided on a communication, or by emailing communications@michiganvaccinechoice.org. If you choose to email us directly rather than utilizing the unsubscribe link in the email, please allow us up to 30 days to remove you from our mailing list, as we are an all-volunteer organization.

You may also unsubscribe from text messages by replying "STOP." If you want to be taken off the physical mailing list, please send an email to the Membership team.

Online Community (BETA)
Access to the Online Community is not a guaranteed benefit of membership. However, paying members are eligible to request to join the online community waitlist. For members invited to the online community and accessing the community pages, they acknowledge and agree that:

USE AND CONSUME COMMUNITY CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. Members can be removed at any time for any reason, and without warning. Removal from the online community does not result in a refund of membership dues as access to the online community is not a guaranteed benefit of membership.

Miscellaneous
These terms together with any additional terms to which you agree when using particular elements of this site constitute the entire agreement regarding the site and any services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral or written between you and us with respect to the Site or the services provided on the Site. All lawsuits arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in the Federal or State courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purpose.
